Our breakthrough emerged from a panicked client in 2024. Their crucial investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements delivered to align with the new schedule. Rather than saying "impossible," our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets designed to look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
